Returns & Refunds

At Mira Ali Perfumes, every order is prepared with care. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and
safety reasons, we maintain a no-return and no-exchange policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges
   All perfume purchases made through Mira Ali Perfumes are final sale.
   We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    Change of mind
    Incorrect product selection
    Preference regarding fragrance
    Fragrance performance or personal preference
    Products that have been opened or used
    Products ordered in the wrong size or quantity
   Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
   If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon
   as possible after delivery.
   Please provide:
    Your order number
    Photographs of the package and product
    A clear description of the issue
   We will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution where applicable.
3. Refunds
   As our store follows a no-return and no-exchange policy, refunds are generally not provided.
   If Mira Ali Perfumes determines that a refund is appropriate because of an issue attributable to us, the refund will
   be processed through the applicable payment method, subject to the circumstances of the order.
4. Order Cancellation
   Orders may only be cancelled if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or
   shipped.
   Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
